Coordinates Collections

Overview: this club has 2 kit layouts to choose from each month. They have lots of additional add-ons to choose from. Sometimes on kit sells out quickly, but you can email and request to be put on the wait list.

+ Pros: items are nice, good quality

- Cons: I really could have used some ideas for pages. Could have been more embellishments in the main kit.

Newsletter: Be sure to sign up for their email newsletter to find out about upcoming kits and contests.

Store: They have an extensive online store for all of your scrapping needs.

Dixie Pieces

Overview: This club has been designing kits since November of 2007. They have a very nice photo gallery and forum. They will also be offering contests and online crops. They offer subscriptions for 3 and 6 months. Look for their pre-cut page kits for a great low price.

+ Pros: They have a really nice variety of papers and embellishments included in their kits. I also like that they give you lots of ribbon and the whole package of coordinating embellishments. They usually include albums in the main kit, so that you don't have to add them on.

- Cons: They could have better photos of their kit contents, the ones they have don't do the kits justice. I would have also liked to have seen more of their sold out kits, just to see what was included. Their gallery still shows those designs though.

Website: Very easy to navigate, it is all about the kit.

General Info: One of the best things about a club that is just starting is being in on the way it grows into itself. Included in my kit was a nice color copy of project ideas, and they were listening to their customers on how they felt about having that included. This club uses a lot of products that are unique, and colors I wouldn't think to put together, but turn out beautifully.

My Kits and Pieces

Overview: This scrapbook kit club has 2 choices each month, along with tons of add ons to choose from. They try to have a contrast between their kits each month, one kit is usually bright colors, the other more muted. Customers can purchase single kits, or 3 and 6 month subscriptions.

+ Pros: A simple idea sheet is included with each kit, with techniques and kit contents. A nice assortment of embellishments is included with this kit. I like all of the add-ons that are available with each kit, the kit price is $18.00 (or less if you have a subscription) so you can easily afford to purchase the coordinating add-ons for $3.50, $7.00, or $12.00.

- Cons: Although I like K & Co., I don't know how exclusive this paper line is, and they could have better photos of their kits.

General Info: They have a lot of resources for members, a message board, layout gallery, weekly challenges, and frequent contests. They have been offering kits from September 07, and have 6 design team members.

Website Format: Fairly easy to navigate, they have a lot of things to offer in their online store.

Newsletter Email: I love the techniques that they have in their newsletter email, and they have photos of upcoming kits.
